Monitoring runs automatically on your configured schedule (weekly or daily depending on your plan) and is fully included. Manual scans are on-demand rescans you can trigger anytime — for example, after fixing violations to verify the fix. Each plan includes a monthly manual scan quota (5, 20, or 50). If you need more, extra scans are available at a per-scan rate.
Annual subscriptions give you 2 months free compared to monthly billing. For example, Monitor is €490/year instead of €588. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
Each plan includes a set number of domain slots per billing cycle. For example, the Professional plan includes 5 domains. If you remove a domain, the slot is not freed until your next billing cycle — this prevents domain-swapping abuse. Slots reset automatically when your billing cycle renews.
Yes! If you exceed your monthly manual scan limit, you can purchase additional scans at a per-scan rate that depends on your plan: €1.50 (Monitor), €1.00 (Professional), or €0.50 (Agency).
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
All plans include Basic reports with your compliance score, violations, and remediation steps under Gretelfy branding. Professional plans unlock Branded reports where you can add your own logo alongside "Powered by Gretelfy". Agency plans unlock White-label reports with full branding customization and no Gretelfy mention.
